How long is the program? 

The 12 week Transformation program is 12 weeks long and the 6 month Transformation program is 6 months long. You are not able to shorten the program you purchase, but you can sign-up for multiple rounds if you want to continue with the program once it’s complete.

How often is the training program updated? 

Typically every 3-4 weeks. For best results, we believe it is important for you to continue with the same exercises for multiple weeks so you can focus on learning the movements and increasing the weight lifted and intensity.

What equipment is required? 

Your training program is customized, so we will design your workout program with whatever equipment you have access to. That being said, we recommend having 1-2 sets of dumbbells. As you continue with the program and get stronger, you might need to purchase heavier dumbbells to continue seeing results.

Do your clients count macros? 

Clients will never be given a specific macro count for their diets. The goal of this program is to steer away from diet culture, and find a way to eat healthy and whole foods without obsessing over everything you eat. We want you to learn how to eat intuitively while still being results driven.

Do your clients get a specific meal plan?

Every client will receive individual care and coaching, depending on their history and goals. We won’t put you on a specific meal plan since we want this program to be lifestyle friendly, and we want you to be able to continue with the tools given to you, past your program timeline. The goal is for you to learn how to eat healthy and whole foods, that is still lifestyle friendly and goal driven.

What if I want to contact you during the week to ask questions? 

Given the volume of clients we work with, we ask that you reserve your questions for your check-in days.

What if I am going on holiday during the program, can I put it on pause? 

We love when our clients travel during the program. This is real life, and we encourage you to keep up with your weekly accountability check-in’s. You will feel so proud of yourself when you return and learn that you can still enjoy your holiday, yummy treats, and stay on on track with your goals.

Can I cancel the program once I have started it? 

The 12 week transformation program is a commitment to 12 weeks. There are no refunds or cancellations, once registered, you are required to pay the 3 payments of $250 + GST.

How do I do this program while feeding a family and kids? 

We are firm believers in healthy eating for the entire family. We don’t want you to feed your kids anything you wouldn’t eat yourself.

Do you provide recipes?

You will receive a list of recipes that should just act as a guideline to what you eat.

Do you work with vegan/vegetarian clients?

Yes I do. All my recipes are interchangeable with plant based options

Do you work with individuals with specific allergies and intolerances: 

Yes! Since everything is customizable we can work with any allergies or intolerances.
