I was hesitant to sign up for Meray's 12 week transformation program, because I was scared to fail myself. However, from the moment I started, it was different than anything else I’ve done in the past. She makes it so easy for me to incorporate my workouts into my daily routine and has taught me how to make healthier food choices. I look so forward to our weekly checkins and I am excited to show her the progress I’ve made. She has been so supportive and encouraging. I am so excited to complete another 3 months with her!

This program has been the first program I have consistently stuck and I feel the new habits I have formed will stick with me for a lifetime. Meray made small adjustments to my meals over the course of the program and it felt very manageable. I love that there wasn’t a strict meal plan but instead a guide to what my meals should look like. Having a weekly check in has been great and this kept me accountable. The workouts have been fantastic and she’s been very accommodating with my knee injury and adjusted my program accordingly. Meray is a very lovely, uplifting and positive person to work with and I can’t recommend this program enough.
