I joined Meray’s 12 Week Transformation when I was about seven months postpartum with my third baby. A time when I desperately felt the need to get serious about prioritizing my health and fitness. Despite having a busy schedule with my kids and work, Meray curated a program that was perfectly fit for me. I needed weekly accountability and the ability to workout from home.
One of my favourite things about her program are the weekly check ins and that she will work with me to adjust things when necessary. Whether it’s increasing weights, adding in more cardio, or simply switching up the workouts, I feel like Meray does an amazing job at ensuring the workouts are effective and producing results. I’m on round 3 of the transformation program and have never felt stronger! Can’t recommend it enough!

I would recommend the 12 week transformation program to anyone feeling like they’re lacking a bit of motivation to achieve their fitness goals. It was a super positive experience for me and retrained the way I think about diet and exercise. By trusting the program and my coach I achieved goals that I didn’t know were possible.
The best part about it is, I didn’t feel like I was on a diet or a crazy program, but instead felt like I was just making smarter choices when it came to food and exercise. The accountability part of this program is incredible because there is always someone there encouraging you and adjusting things to fit your lifestyle and reach your goals! Definitely going to make it an annual thing!
I started the 12 week transformation program when I was 7 months postpartum and unsure of where to start when it came to prioritizing my health and fitness. Meray has been so encouraging and met me exactly where I was in my life to create sustainable changes that make a difference! I feel healthier and stronger than before my pregnancy! I was hesitant to sign up for Merays 12 week transformation program, because I was scared to fail myself. However from the moment I started it was just different than anything else I’ve done in the past. She makes it so easy for me to incorporate my work outs into my daily routine and has taught me how to make healthier food choices. I look so forward to our weekly checkins and I am excited to show her the progress I’ve made. She has been so supportive and encouraging. I am so excited to complete another 3 months with her!

I am so happy I made the decision to sign up for the 12 week transformation program with Meray. This program has been the first program I have consistently stuck and I feel the new habits I have formed will stick with me for a lifetime. Meray made small adjustments to my meals over the course of the program and it felt very manageable. I love that there wasn’t a strict meal plan but instead a guide to what my meals should look like. Having a weekly check in has been great and this kept me accountable. The workouts have been fantastic and she’s been very accommodating with my knee injury and adjusted my program accordingly. Meray is a very lovely, uplifting and positive person to work with and I can’t recommend this program enough.

For her, success isn’t just about hitting goals, but staying committed to change. When you slip up, she doesn’t punish or reproach you, but simply puts that slip-up in perspective—it’s alright to deviate from the plan sometimes, but too many deviations will hold you back from your goals. With this approach, my motivation and commitment to the plan never flagged, and I’ve been able to maintain many of my lifestyle changes and weight loss even after the initial 12-week program ended. I couldn’t recommend Meray more highly—she is wholly devoted to helping you improve yourself, and it shows.
Weight loss has been a very frustrating journey for me—I’ve failed to maintain countless changes in diet and exercise because I didn’t believe they’d pay off—so when I say that Meray’s program delivered the first real results I’ve seen in many years, I want you to understand my full meaning. Meray doesn’t take a pre-made regimen and try to force you into it, like a square peg in a round hole. She starts by listening, and learning, and absorbing everything she needs to know about your mindset, your habits, and your priorities, then crafts a guide that’s truly tailor-made for you.
